Cereal & mug of tea an hour before I went for a run, then chopped Melon, strawberries, blueberries & raspberries with Greek yoghurt and honey drizzled over.
Cold fruit bowl.
Cold lemon water w/ frozen mint and lemon ice cubes.
English muffin, Orange, Coffee

Oatmeal made the old fashioned way so it is thick and more like oatmeal cookie dough with blueberries. Greek yogurt. Strong coffee. Just sweet, tart, and bitter enough. Not a fan of sugar or salt.
my usual... granola, cherry yogurt, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, almonds, pecans, and oat bran, all mixed together in a bowl. ...oh, and today, I added sliced banana.

Seeing as I can't purchase in-store the box of 24, I gave the chicken flavor a chance and they're delicious.
