I am pretty much a cheese and pepperoni kind of girl. Thin crust or thick crust depends on my mood. However, every once in awhile I crave a margherita flatbread pizza.
I'm from Chicago, so what do you think, Mainati's Chicago Classic deep dish pizza. Yum!

Homemade sourdough crust, pounds of cheese, Italian seasoning, and smothered in pepperoni with another couple pounds of cheese on top.

Thin and crispy, double pepperoni with jalapeno....or Hawaiin (Hame and pineapple)
I rally enjoy Hawaiian pizza with ham/Canadian bacon, pineapple, roasted pepper, s'rooms and onion. And I'll always be happy if bacon is added. Crust should be hand tossed with some flavoring (Parmesan) on the edge.
I love Cheese pizza. With a little sauce. I am a plain pizza girl.
