I found my cast iron skillets. Still not unpacked from the move. So we're having fried chicken, mashed potatoes, homemade rolls and corn. Yum.

I'm doing this crock pot roast beef thing that sounds gross but is really good. And you can end up with more than one meal with a twist on the left overs. It has pepperosinis in it if you know what they are. (not sure I spelled them right)

Last night we had pan seared pork chops with a dijon and parmesan crust, with brocolli and rice. Since tomorrow is shopping day, I don't think tonight's is going to top that. Maybe pancakes or soup and sammiches.
