Meh, probably just leftovers. Going to go out and have something good tomorrow. Been cooped up here with a cold all week and it's finally going away.

There's nothing better than frenchtoast and bacon at midnight!
Nothing wrong with breaky for dinner Garza. I've done it a lot. Ham or sausage, pancakes, and the ever present egg. In any way, shape or form.
We had a country dinner. Two fat racks of babyback ribs, rice and black-eyed peas, corn on the cob, and biscuits slathered in butter and/or jam.

And you didn't invite me! I'd have made the trip South for that one! We had ribs Friday. They were supposed to be KC cut/style. I think they messed it up. Mostly short ribs and no meat.

Potato salad, baked beans, burger and dogs on the grill! Happy memorial day!!
Homemade beef stew. For some over rice. For others over biscuits. Potatoes, top sirloin, carrots, onions and celery and red wine all in a rich brown gravy/broth. Yum.

I love winter food. Do you do it with guinness as well, that's a nice variation. Mashed potatoes are good to soak up the gravy too.

Tonight I'm going to go with curry to warm up, I'm thinking beef vindaloo, butter chicken and aloo gobi. With garlic naan and rice. Now I'm hungry
Baked fish (tilapia) and garden pasta with steamed broccoli. Nice and light for these hot summer days.
Haha, I'm making winter food and it was 98 here yesterday! You can tell I live in the A/C!

I do use Guinness sometimes but, at almost $10.00 a 6 pack, I opted for cabernet tonight!
Husband likes vindaloo with lamb but, yucky for me. I'm not a lamb eater. And I LOVE naan bread!

Nudes! How do you do your Tilapia? Beer batter?
Oops never mind! I see that you're baking it!
