Btw, I see you have a very balanced diet...you have your carbohydrates, and your greens...
Though I'm not sure you're supposed to smoke your greens...I'll have to ask a nutrition expert...

I wish I knew, where's my personal chef when I need him.
Made this last week - but have been requested to do it again for guests tonight:
Beef Wellington - crisp green beans with crumbled feta - sweet baby carrots and a light sprinkling of cinnamon - roasted potatoe wedges, unpeeled.
Dessert; Fruit medly terrine (sp) - swirl of melted chocolate - strawberries (cut and fanned) - (HINT - try a very light sprinkling of black pepper over strawberries - several minutes before cutting and plating up)
Tonight a celebration dinner!!

A 28 day aged New York striploin steak with melted blue cheese and a roasted clove of garlic, herbed risotto with baby spinach and a caesar salad paired with a 2007 Cabernet Sauvingon from Napa Valley

Delicious!

I gotta ask .... what's the celebration???

nosy Van
tonight, we're having Dirty Martini barbequed - at his request, i might add smile

You can’t truly call yourself peaceful unless you are capable of violence. If you’re not capable of violence, you’re not peaceful. You’re harmless.
