My mum's famous home-made quiche with chips. Om nom nom.
last night: chicken & cheese enchilladas: my bf's moms recipe plus my chicken. his favorite. there is something about being like moms! thyme, cumin, oregano, cayenne. i cut out the cilantro bc im allergic.
I have a top sirloin staring at me from the fridge. Think I'll roll out some homemade noodles and chunk it all together. Heh, beef and noodles!
last night was cedar planked lemon pepper salmon with green beans and salad
Tika Masala from the grill! And Naan bread! Don't forget the long grain and wild rice!
Last night was epic,

- A prime rib roast on the rotisserie cooked to a perfect medium rare,
- Fresh greek salad including home grown cucumbers and grape tomatoes, feta and kalamata olives
- Early corn on the cob (picked that day)
- A 2005 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Tonight,

- Grilled baby back ribs
- Sauteed medley of Italian flat beans, mushrooms and fresh onion
- Rice pilaf
- A 2007 Australian Shiraz

Mmmmmmm!!

What looked like Thai green curry in the tub in the fridge, ACTUALLY turned out to be potato salad...

Still found some stuffed potato things and home-made salsa too... it's all good...

(little sister made them the other day...)
It was my mum's first day at her new job so I made Spag Bol for her coming home. Simple, but tasty.

Dude, I asked your girl what she was having tonight and she said "Vienna sausage, just like every night." Not sure she understood the question. LOL

Chateaubriand for tonight at 8. You choose the sides and wine. I like your wine choices.

Tomorrow let's have Elysian Fields Lamb with Smoked Red Pepper, Chickpea Pannise & Kalamata Olives. Again, you do the wine.

Then let's go to the sea.
Hawaiian Big Eye Tuna with Watermelon & Forbidden Black Rice
Sweet Corn Soup with Geoduck Clams, Pickled Yukon Gold Potatoes & Crispy Pancetta

Sounds good?
