i braised a beef roast in tomatoes and wine and other yummy stuff and served with mashed potatoes and roasted carrots. talk about comfort food mmmmm...

tonight...im in the mood for marinara...
Homemade subs here with ham, Genoa salami and pepperoni and provolone cheese. Been doing laundry all day and don't want to fuss. Or I could just go over to LMB's place.
well we ended up with leftovers from last night since i spent the whole day in the kitchen cooking and developing for thanksgiving. there couldnt have been a better day! biggrin

Making Lobster Bisque, with a nice Ceasar salad, Champagne with strawberries for after Dinner Sex, Now Who + how many to Invite !!!!

Tonight .....

Baked (flattened) chicken in rosemary and garlic and olive oil. Roasting in the pan will be some red potatoes. I always do a few veggies ... thinking of carrots and broccoli and maybe some asparagus. I like the veggies cooked sparingly and with little else but a hint of butter and seasoned with pepper and salt.

Tomorrow night .....

Cutting up the leftover chicken and doing a greek styled pita pockets with cucumbers, bell peppers and feta cheese. I'll make a baby greens salad to go with it.
