That sounds good. I like Aussie wine.

Jamaican seasoned pork loin on the grill with pineapple salsa. Haven't decided on the go together yet.
2008 Mt Veeder Cabernet. One of my favorite vintners. Napa Valley.
Most likely a mixture of salad greens, avocadoe salsa, grilled chicken with White Balsamic dressing and a Barossa Valley Riesling
Steaks on the grill, twice baked potatos and salad.

Nothing fancy...
Just some leftover shrimp on some pesto penne pasta... might top it with some sauteed onions and mushrooms and some crumbled goat cheese
If I can find that wayward plum tomato in my fridge (its hiding somewhere) I'll dice it up and toss it on top, too.
I usually drink something like that with a colli albani but I overindulged last week and have none for tonight...
BUT I did make a chocolate cake...
I am seemingly needing lots of carbs .... Italiano cuisine often lately ....

I made some homemade spaghetti sauce and BIGGA meatballs! Along with a green salad.

Buon Appetito!
Homemade pizza. Hamburger, mushroom, and green pepper.

Couldn't have been anything else, eh Wes?
Cajun Pork chops, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables.
What's on the Cajun pork chops?
Would you believe that I cook 2/3 of our meals at home? I do.

Tonight, first of all I made my wife stay out of the kitchen and dining room until I had everything set and served.

I grilled mahi mahi steaks. I marinated them in some lemon juice. Once I turned them for the last time I sprinkled on a little cayenne pepper and placed tomato and orange slices on them. Then I served the mahi mahi with rice pilaf and steamed broccoli that I also prepared. We also had french bread and white wine, a sauvignon blanc. I cut the lights off and we ate by candle light with 1 red rose on the table.
lol, maybe... ;)
Stopped on the way home from playing a concert, and snaggged a metball suib. Snarfled it up as soon as I got out of my wet clothes. It is genuinely crapulent outside at my house.

I will be doing a roast chicken with all the trimmings, my lady is coming around tonight and I do love to cook for her.

Men make better cooks.
No they don't.
You don't have to put "homemade" in there Dude. I always assume you do your own. I always do too. We need to put in "store bought" when we do that! Which is rare.
Got a craving for some comfort food... Shepherds Pie and possibly a Smithwicks to go with it

Well thanks Chef... You're right if we are really "slummin it" we should put store bought in a disclaimer.

We make a mean batch of perogies too, it takes an entire freakin day to so though.
