Okay so I have sprint and hate the customer service. So what cell carrier so you have and our you happy?
I have AT&T. About a year ago it received one of the worst rating if not the worst, see Consumer Reports. It has changed a lot ever since.
My experience and two cents: a great customer service should come from the the brand of your cellphone co. not from your service co.
The service that you use is either good or bad... for you. Do you have a very good reception overall where you use your cell? If you don't switch company. If you do, well what also can they do? Just as if you don't, they cannot do anything about it unless they put new towers were it will affect you in a positive way.
What's important today is an unlimited service, or an ample one that sadisfies your usage. You can't count minutes any longer and expecially with the smart phones with their data usage. My service still is not unlimited, but I have the convenience of calling any carrier cell, they don't need to be on my network, the same is for Text. For the data (internet) what I have is plenty for me. This is what counts.
It's not the case anylonger, but many years ago when I complained (tmobile) that my cell would not work in my home. The answer was that a cell it's not for home usage. This, just to prove of my explanation above.
In what way has Sprint not sadisfied you as a customer service?

Life is simple; we are what we eat and what we read. Talk is superfluous.
I've had Verizon for almost 10 years and I've never had any problem with them. Before Verizon I had AT&T and my bill was wrong every. single. month. And they always tried to blame me but it wasn't, they just couldn't get it right. With Verizon I get great phone/smartphone choices and great service. I've probably had maybe three dropped calls in the last five years. I'm due for an upgrade in December and I'm ready for my new toy.
When the debate is lost, slander becomes the tool of the loser. Socrates I've had Verizon for a few years now. Just upgraded my phone to the Galaxy 3. Love it. Before that it was Sprint. I just saw the Japanese just bought them out. Well like 70% of them I think.
Have been with Verizon for 20+ years. Would not still be with them if service and price was not good.
U S Cellular -- I'm on their prepaid plan which is much better than having a regular contract. It's month to month this way so I can terminate it when I want on my terms not theirs.
