Do chicks dig scars ???

I recently had surgery on my knee. and as a result have ended up with a nice scar. now while I dont really care one way or the other. people keep saying "chicks dig scars". but i have never heard or seen a girl get 'excited' over a scar before. so I wonder and thus ask all of you. do chicks really dig scars or is this just an old saying that has lost base ?

Scars and marks on a person's body are part of their history. It's a map of where their outer self has been in life.

If I like the person inside the body, then it naturally follows that I like their body too - because it is theirs.

Scars are pretty cool looking in general. The only thing that makes a scar disgusting/ a turn off is if the scar was from self-harm. Everyone has a history, but there's no reason to be turned on by the extreme hurt they had way back when.

Seeing the making of scars isn't sexy either...

I'm pretty neutral about scars. They don't really turn me on or off. Everyone has some kind of scar(s), including most guys I've been with. I just don't see it as that big of a big deal unless it was something extreme, maybe. But even then, if I was into a guy it's not like I'd dump him because of it. The story behind the scar makes no difference to me.

I am neutral regarding scars also. It doesnt turn me on or off if a person has scars. And how they got them isnt turn on either. Although I would prefer to hear they got the scar saving someones life then falling on their face because they were drunk or something like that.

I think it's more about the story behind the scar rather than the scar itself. I'm not turned off by them but they don't do anything for me either. A male friend of mine has one that takes up the entire right side of his face. I kept sneaking looks at it when I first met him but now I don't notice it at all. The more you know a person, the less their scars matter.

I would say they are more interesting than sexually appealing. It tells a story, it's a part of you.

I personally don't "dig" them...but I'm not bothered by them. I've got some and I could care less about them...If it doesn't bother you...don't let yourself care what other people think.
