The ability to see the future, why not, haven't seen anything to prove you can't. People who advertise about it, not so much. Science has proven a lot of stuff.

The charlatans who use crystal balls and Tarot cards and bilk you out of your money? No, I don't believe in them. But I do believe in the statistical probabilities of the bell curve. By the law of averages, most people fall somewhere in the middle (near the top of the bell) in most things. However... there exists those rare few who reside at the tapered edges of the bell curve, some at each end. And there is a bell curve for nearly everything. Given billions of people, there are a rare few who buck the odds. This is a statistical certainty, ...people who ALWAYS hit the green light, and people who NEVER hit the green light. People who ALWAYS find the nearest parking spot, and those who NEVER find one. There are people who are lucky all their lives, and some who have nothing but bad luck. Most people fall somewhere in the middle of statistical odds, and they don't realize these rare people even exist, but they do. These oddballs are where the most fascinating and curious and unexplainable things in the world happen. Nearly all physical laws are the consensus of statistical probabilities, but chaos and uncertainty resides at the rarefied edges of every bell curve. All that is called paranormal seems to be validated by these rare exceptions to statistical norms. But even freak coincidences are very real, and not just possible, but mandated by the laws of probability.
