Nope. I have had crushes on co-workers several times over my 30-ish years in the workforce but I have always kept my relationships with them strictly professional. While I have strayed, it has never been with a co-worker, tempting as some of them might be. So there's no reason for me to quit just because of my feelings for a co-worker. I know I can keep them in check.

No, but I almost quit a job because I liked someone and I was letting it ruin my life. Many years ago (yet I was still old enough to know better) I fell deeply in love with the daughter of a coworker. I met her at work when she would visit her mom, and we began dating. She dumped me after a short time but I was infatuated. My work suffered because of it and I found myself constantly badgering her mom and when she'd drop by to see her, I'd lose my mind. It was a very bad situation.
