heheh, maybe it is, maybe it isn't. Maybe the laptop/desktop is left on all the time (as most of us do - out of habit).

And maybe this camera is broadcasting everything in it's view (and a microphone is broadcasting everything at the same time)?

I agree though. But I could just disable the built in microphone and camera. Since it's a rental and I would have paid it off, it's my property to do as I wish with.

It's like those GPS systems in rental cars. They want to know where people go and such. I guess as long as we need their services and don't make a stand for what we believe in...
