Sorry to hear that fystee. Wish I had some good advice for you. Hopefully someone here will give you some good advice. All I've got is, the pain gets less with time.

anyways.. its true, fystee, a lot says time can heal a wounded heart, but then do your part, don't let your self be stucked on those moments that wasn't meant to last and those moments that would possibly happen only if you were not dumped, it could only make the pain worst, don't do the rebound just to forget the pain 'cause it may not work, maybe it will but only for the mean time, just enjoy things that you could enjoy. everything happens for a reason and every problem has a solution. 1+1 will always result to 2, if she's not the one she won't be the one for you.

Sorry to hear that Fystee - It's always painful. You've got all my sympathy. You WILL get over it even though right now you probably don't think so. Time and being kind to yourself help - also do give yourself enough time to get over it before you start seeing someone else, otherwise all the old pain never gets resolved. Best wishes !

sit your butt down in front of the mirror and focus on yourself and all your good points. Acknowledge all your positive physical attributes and revel in a little vanity - note I said a LITTLE vanity. Then think about the stuff that made you both laugh (and cry), HOWEVER, do NOT become melancholy about those cherished moments but take the joy they brought you and realise just what your ex- will be losing and how much your next love will have to look forward to.
Whatever you do, steer clear of bitterness or recriminations (at least for now) - they are not worth it.
