without a doubt, the birth of my children and grandchildren. They've made life worth living.
Tough to pick one above all others, but I'd say two stand out as major turning points:

- Meeting Mrs. Seeker

- The birth of our son

Leaving my parents' home (at 23) and losing my mother to heart disease when she was only in her fifties are up there, too.
I have 2 events and they are the greatest events in my life.

The birth of my two girls.
Nothing greater
My grandparent's 50th wedding anniversary. I could see how much they still loved each other.
The birth of my son and my 3 grandkids...
WHAT? No one has posted their own conception. I mean, you wouldn't be here...
birth of 1st grandchild without exception
The day my husband and I were married.
My birth....without which no other event would have happened

My own conception is probably the most important (thanks mom and dad). Nothing else would have happened to me if that hadn't happened first.

Don't believe everything that you read.

Fuck. Should have read the responses before I posted. Well, great minds, and all that...

See, my conception happened more to my parents than to me. I did not actually experience it. So I wouldn't put it here, even if it is the seminal (heh heh) event in my existence.

So what would I answer? Bit of a tossup among meeting Mrs. Seeker, marrying Mrs. Seeker, and the birth of Seeker, Jr.

A strange little something for Halloween.

Strange Rites

My mum taking me to dancing lessons, aged four. Everything good in my life, directly or indirectly stems from that moment.

First time I recall going to Disneyland. I was three yrs young when I understood that we were going to see Mickey and Minnie Mouse.

The day I met Mik at PUNK ROCK BOWLING FESTIVAL in Vegas, our wedding day and recovery day where we got to chill w/ close friends and family to share photos from wedding day.

there's all kinds of important - wonderful to those things that are permanent and not fun to think about. things you can't change.

here's an event that happened to me that changed my life - I got fired. from a job hahaha

where I come from, it's common people will stay on their one and only jobs for their entire lives.

and here I got fired haha.

anyway, the sequence of events that followed it - made me a happy life, varied, interesting, well traveled - and where I am now.

life is interesting enjoy.

My most important event was my birth

Critically wounded in Vietnam in combat. Almost bled out. Apr. 25, 1967.

My marriage anniversary for the past four years.
