New phone recommendations!

My 3yrs phone contact is up in 6 months and I'm already thinking of a new phone to get. I currently have an iPhone 4 (I know old school lol) and I really like apple but I've been contemplating getting an Android like the Samsung Galaxy S4. Any recommendations or comments?

Ps I don't really have a price range but under 600$ would be ideal haha

Im also in a similar boat. I have the iPhone, and really want to stay in the evil empire. I like my apple products, and they work for me as I just want to be able to utilize my device. But I also need to upgrade soon, as I need a program fro school that is not supported by my current phone/operating system/available space. Im really thinking for myself I will just get the ipad, and wait until the next iphone comes out to upgrade.

I've never really been a fan of the iPhone, I'm an Android girl myself.

The Samsung 4 is a great phone from what I've read, but for $350, I don't think you can go wrong with the Google Nexus 5:
