Our wonderfully multi-talented Liz is running a marathon (that's 42km, 26 miles) this weekend, to raise money for Cancer Research UK.

She has already raised over £400 and hasn't even put on her running shoes (apparently promises of sexual favours have been mentioned).

Excellent work Liz!

I don't support that particular charity, however, I will donate to the Yorkhill Family Bereavement Service instead... They were so wonderful when we lost our wee cousin a couple of years ago (she was only eight, it was just awful). I'll never forget how my Lush friends rallied around with good wishes and support too - Good bunch of people in this place.

A few of my family and friends are taking part in a run in Glasgow this weekend, to raise funds for the Yorkhill Family Bereavement Service... I wish them luck too...
