If a woman wanted two babies, but she wanted to keep her shape as good as possible, which choice would be better:
a)Have the two babies in a row, as soon as possible.
b)Have one, and then wait a few years for the other.
PS, just curious, a friend of mine (20 years old), just had a baby and is pregnant again, (I am not the father, I swear) I wonder what does it mean shapewise. She is thin, but she never did any exercise, I wonder what's in store for her.
Thanks, and Happy New Year.
According to physicians, statistically, women who conceive their next child less than 6 months after the birth of a previous baby have higher risks of miscarriage, low birth weigh and general problems with the pregnancy.
It is recommended that 18 months plus is ideal.
What's more important than her shape is her health. She is young, she should be fine in both departments.
I see, TT, thanks for your anwer.
My first two children are sixteen months apart and I ended up thinner after the second one than I was before the first one. It takes a lot of energy to run around after two little ones!
Also breast feeding helps women lose weight. My gal-pals with kids have all lost most of their baby weight that way.
