I have been realizing that I read stories and poems and rarely leave a comment.
This practice maybe rude, but for sure is inconsiderate to the author. Many of them they would rather read a constructive criticism than no feedback at all. Also, Lush is not fully utilized.

The excuses:
At times, I just get my daily Lush shot in the “emotion” by just reading a story on my cell without signing in (yes I confess, it's me the mysterious guest ha), so for sure unable to leave a comment and at times I just don't finish a story so again I don't leave my presence. But I have read stories, that have pleased me and still I have not left the mark. Bad, bad. Sorry Shylass! to mention one Oops.

I promise from now on to leave my thoughts in the comment.

I confessed. I repent and it's all fixed (and excused?). Well, after I leave a comment that is.

Ha ha! There are no hard and fast rules that say you must log in or leave a comment. But as a writer, if I have even a vague idea of how my writing made a reader feel, good or bad, then I am one step closer to being a better writer.

I think if a person wants my writing to be better, they should tell me how. I may not utilise the information, but it helps to know. And if there was something that resonated in them, it is both a joy and a useful thing to be aware of.

Now... What must I confess and repent of? I confess I am terrible at replying to PMs and thanking people who took the time to actually comment on my stuff, all of which I am truly grateful for.

It isn't that I can't be bothered, truly. It's partly that I have so little concentration, I abhor sending out group/mass messages, and I think, "I ought to set aside a time to do all that..."

And now I have so many to do that I don't know where to start! And that's just the inbox. Interviews for a secretary to be announced soon.

So I say publicly, THANK YOU, and I'M SORRY.
