Tech question please

Can you people suggest a web based AI site that:

1. is not too expensive

2. easy enough for a partial idiot to use in uploading and editing pictures, and pictures to video or gifs

3. allows NSFW material.

This is unhelpful advice, but you should probably avoid Mage Space if you're a partial idiot like me and want to feed images to it. Mage works well for creating new images, at $10/month, but anytime I upload an image for it to use as inspiration, it gives me essentially the same image back. Again, I'm a partial idiot and I'm sure Mage could do a lot more for me if the controls were more intuitive.

I use Nightcafe (and I think some others here do) but it has limits on "NSFW". Basically, depending on which of their models you use, you can do nudity to some degree but any physical contact between nude people or even in a suggestive scene seems to trigger them. But it's good for the first two. You can pretty much run on it for free as long as you do some of the activities they offer to earn credits. That said, if you're going to do a lot, then probably want to look at their plans. I have not had to go that route, yet, though.
