Be kind. Be polite. Be respectful.

We are here to help carry each other (stole that from a U2 song, but it still fits).
Just because something is said doesn't mean it's true. Everyone has an agenda
True happiness only come through gratitude.

The alternative is angry self entitlement.

~ Carlos Santan
to be honest in all my dealings
what's up sunshine
However much I do and however much I give... I will always be let down.
But, I will never change.

And smile more - it is amazing what you can accomplish.

[I always screw up those quote things - grrrrrrrr]
Everything passes. When things are bad, remember it will end and when they are good, enjoy it.

Treat others the way you want to be treated.

Nothing is for "free." Do you hear that Bernie? No such a thing as a free college education. Someone pays.

Your taxes pay for schools, the fire dept., the public highways, public libraries, the military, disease control, food inspections, and on and on... it's called democratic socialism, and we've had it to one degree or another for over a century. Taxes guarantee a civilized society. Some are more civilized than others, like Denmark, which provides 'free' college education for everyone who wants to pursue it. We can easily reduce our severely bloated and wasteful military budget and use some of that money for subsidizing college education for all, Medicare for all, and many other programs that every other industrialized country provides for its citizenry. We have been propagandized by the right-wing corporate media to believe it can't work here, while it's been proven to work in every other industrialized country in the world for over 60 years.

Well I default to your expertise. I just don't like the "free" talk. If taxes pay for it then it is a tax payer provided education. I personally believe in providing an "affordable" education. I think it is benifical for the grad to have skin in the game. I worked my way through college and paid off my student debt. I believe I'm better for it. Plus, I paid for my wife's education. There should be grants and scholarships available for the disadvantage.

I support Bernie over Hillary. He needs to tone down the "free" rhetoric. Our country doesn't need more entitlement programs. It needs private sector jobs and to reduce that obscene trade deficit.
Be who you are. Accept others for who they are but that doesn't mean you have to like them.
I'm still learning from life lessons
That you never stop learning new lessons
A little kindness can be so valuable, yet costs almost nothing

In many countries being gay is a crime, and even in modern societies, politicians try to legalise discrimination. Your voice can make a difference. Have a look at All Out to find out how.

Hey... pssst.... that's an l (as in luscious) at the end of my name, not an i
I believe in the golden rule. To treat others as you would want to be treated.

It seems that is reversed in today's society. It is now, do unto them before they do unto me.

Oh and for guys only. Never ever pee upwind.
The greatest lesson i have learned in my life is to never take anyone I love for granted because you are never promised a tomorrow and the other lesson i learned in my life is tell the people you love that you love them because when they are gone you dont have the chance to do that~
Believe in yourself and all things are possible
The one other lesson that i have learned in my life is treat others how you wanted to be treated because when you do it comes back to you ten fold and if you dont karma will ultimately bite you in the ass!
Believe in yourself and all things are possible
We can choose to accept and be happy in ANY circumstances, if we choose to be. Even within circumstances that are truly horrible, we can choose to experience moments of joy or happiness.
When you constantly look for what's missing in your life, you'll never see all the beauty that already surrounds you.

no matter how long you've known someone, how well you think you know them, or how close to them you are, there will always be something you don't know about them. whether it be what they've done, or what they think, nothing can prepare you for what can happen next
Life can be crap but try to keep going as best you can and it will get brighter
Count your own blessings cos it could be so much worse
Try not to judge others cos you don't have the right
It's not where you are from that counts, its how you conduct yourself
Life is so short, don't waste the time you have been given
Try everyday to do something nice for someone else, it really does keep your feet on the ground
Never, ever, ever change who you are cos that's what makes you special

and unfortunately
Don't trust anyone cos they will hurt you like hell when you least expect it

Sorry but I couldn't choose one life lesson x
Happiness will never come to those who don’t appreciate what they already have
Honesty is not always the best policy...Ignorance is bliss!!!
not everything that seems for the best (or when parents and friends say its for the best) is it really for the best. made some major life mistakes because it was "for the best"
Don't throw sand in the sandbox... treat others as you want to be treated. Finally life is too short to worry about what others think, they certainly can't change your fate. Only you can.
be a listener not a talker
Always be gentleman, but don't take shit from anyone.
Mine is the golden rule. Treat people as you would want to be treated. It plays out in every aspect of life.home, business, family and sex.
