I've been seeing lots of lottery commercials lately and it's got me thinking what I (and other people) would do with the millions in winnings. I'm from Canada so no taxes on the cash for us lol I would open many no kill animal shelters, it breaks my heart that pets are killed just because they don't get adopted or that they have a medical problem that isn't debilitating. I would also donate some money to homeless shelters and programs because seeing people cold and on the streets also breaks my heart. ... and I'd also buy myself a house lol What would you do with all that moneyy?
Honestly? Set myself up as a full-time writer (of both erotica and other fiction) with an income stream from the winnings. Do a tour of every place in the world that I've ever wanted to see (that alone could keep me busy for a year or two).
On the charitable side, set up a foundation to support various charities that I support. Alzheimer's research (my Dad has dementia), mental health (I know some people with depression and other mental health issues), and probably some conservation charities (World Wildlife Fund or something like that) since I'm a zoology junkie. Likely I would also endow my church (with some stringent conditions attached) though I'm not sure they would accept lottery money.
Pay off my car, my mom's car, and her mortgage. Buy a shit ton of stuff, like movies, maybe another car if I wanted to. Of course, visit my girlfriend too, and eventually move out there.
Probably give 90% to charity....the rest I would squander on wine, women, good food, good times.

Depending how much the winnings are. But yes set all my family and really close friends. My kids would financially safe and well of course splurge on the nicer things of life. Personally i would still need to do sone kind of work, i would get to board if i didnt and i would get a personal chef for a small treat.
Pay off my mortgage and set up some sort of income stream so I never had to work again. Then I'd write and travel, and volunteer with some charities. I'd have to keep active, but on my terms.
Depending how much I won, I'd help out family with their debts and dreams, and maybe start up a business for my wife to run. I like the idea of those social enterprises that give opportunities to people from disadvantaged backgrounds and empower them to succeed. It'd be cool to set up some kind of seed fund that makes that happen, then pays it forward to another business as each one gets up and running.
My latest story is a racy little piece about what happens when someone cute from work invites you over to watch Netflix and Chill. "Don't ask -- Don't tell" ... but after securing G'son's education, I would leave this relationship for something more appreciative.

Set up some trusts to pay for my great grandchildren's education, then distribute the rest among my immediate family to do with as they see fit. I think I can trust them not to squander it.
I would pay off all my bills. Pay off my families bills. I would buy a house on the beach. New cars for my husband and myself. Make sure my children go to good colleges., Shop till I drop, vacations. I mean the list is endless for what I would do.
Also would make charitable donations to the places that are dear to my heart.
Give lots to my fave lush friends..
Maybe visit a few.
Open some no kill shelters.
Give some to my favorite causes.
Homeless Shelters for Women
Food banks
Animal rights organizations.
Donate lots of books
And any domestic violence causes near me.
Buy enough land to build homes for entire family, but with more than enough room so I don't have to see them everyday, pay for college for my children so they can get educated and not have to work as hard and long as I have.
I would pay my married sister home off and my nieces.
Then I would buy me a house somewhere over in europe possibly Italy or Malta.
