Thank fuck the colonies have improved since then ...Kayaking is a thrill on its own terms, your right at water level pushing your way through those rapids. Its exhilarating feeling that force right at your finger tips having that water splashed in your face wiping it off to gain vision to pick your next line. Rafting and sharing that same experience its great fun.

Well,in the end,U.S.A. had the faster boat &money produced that speed.N.Z.still won as our boys were in both teams in large numbers &the boats were built by Kiwis !

How can you call it a yacht race. .Both Boats are Catamarans... Bring back the Mono hull yachts that's racing. Come on Australia really won the Americas Cup Both catarmarans had Aussies and dutch Crews and Skippering them. they only had a token yank on them
