As a feminist man, it sounds like to me that this guy is stuck in a paternalistic view of women and their "role" as caregivers. It is the 21st century and there may still be a few glass ceilings, but women have many more options open to them than in the "good old days". Men can either adapt and accept that women are their equals, or be "intimidated" into obsolescence. He should be forced to listen to "I am Woman" by Helen Reddy in an endless loop. It sounds like you don't need to waste any more time on this MCP than you already have.

That just proves that evolution is an ongoing process. There will always be those like yourself who are impatient for others to wake up and smell the coffee.
