Our government has had this technology for years and years. Just now we're finding it out due to commercial pressures. What really scares me are the radio chip implants that are available right now, and are being implanted in infants and adults alike. The new passports have the radio-chips imbedded in them as well...and they can track your movements with them pretty much anywhere on the globe, thanks to GPS. Not the civilian GPS either...the governments GPs system is far more advanced and far more exacting.
