Im sad to see that 2minute noodles and bake beans arent on there since thats Basically what I live one. Though I eat a lot of avo's, so Ive got one down.

Oh avocado's gross, it's like tasting soap lol. Please tell me of a nice was of using them because I would love to know. And also do you really like the taste. Avocado's are one weird fruit I just cannot get used to.

the trick to avocado pear is that it needs to be ripe...mashed up with salt and pepper on toast (orgasmic look) or cut up in salad...or eaten straight out of the skin salt&peppered yummmmmmmmm(craving avocado)

I will have a try of that, but I think Avacado's might remain my kind of food hell ha ha
I eat 18 out of the 25. Had Lychees once in a restaurant they are nice. Never tried Guava. Never tried tofu. I'm a bit squimish when it comes to bones in fish, but I will eat sardines and tuna. There was so pears I'd never heard of as well.
It's a guilty pleasure, but isn't much different than bacon for a breakfast. I cut it thin and fry it. It's loaded with sodium, though.
I eat 19. A few of the items I never see around here. I have always like healthy foods. I passed on meat for many years and now only eat it occasionally. Salmon is my favorite food ever! Salmon with some yummy veggies, glass of wine...perfect meal!

Loaded with omega-3 too That's one of my regular meals - so easy to cook a fillet under the grill, a little soy sauce and lemon, served with rice and fresh veg.

I love mint tea but has to have honey brown or white sugar in it.

Try tea with brown sugar its a different but still good taste I use brown sugar in coffee to I find it better than white sugar.

Potential anti-disease effects

Researchers have shown that blueberry anthocyanins, proanthocyanidins, resveratrol, flavonols, and tannins inhibit mechanisms of cancer cell development and inflammation in vitro.[23][24][25][26] Similar to red grape, some blueberry species contain in their skins significant levels of resveratrol,[27] a phytochemical.

You know me too well. It's one of my weaknesses, over-indulging in a few of the simpler pleasures in life
