I'm thankful for..

beside the many personal things that we all have, I'm thankful that I live in a country that allows me the freedoms that I have. I can read and write on Lush stories and not have the secret police knock on my door and throw me in jail and take my 'puter.

I'm also thankful to have "met" my many friends on this site. I enjoy you all and have fun with you all.

I will second that thought.
I have family in the middle east (will refrain from naming actual countries) where the government has filters on all internet activity. I am thankful to have the freedom to choose.

Thankful to be celebrating this holiday among my family

Thankful that for once someone else is hosting the dinner.

Thankful enough to have food on the table

Proud that Jake and I are delivering meals on wheels to the elderly and shut ins

Taking a few moments to let them know somebody cares.

Their smiles are all the thanks I need.

I am thankful for
life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness
kids who love me...even when they don't like me occasionally
a husband that loves me and understands me...even if he can't be there for me
amazing sisters and brothers...even though a few occasionally pull drama queen/king shit
friends who care about me...both ones in my everyday world and ones I have made here in the forum
fairly reasonable job security
a home with heat that works
memories of my beautiful mother who left us almost a year ago
my father who still calls me his baby...because I will always be the youngest even as I grow older
and Rocco....who accepts me as I am and loves me anyway (I love you baby)

Well, since Tech left me off her list.... hmphh...lol

I am grateful for too many things to list.

For a start, job, my health, anti-inflammatory medicines, friends and access to them, and our current levels of freedom.

Happy Thanksgiving to all- safe travels, good company, their early exit, and packing away the leftover turkey...

Thankful for my understanding and totally fantastic mother.
A father who loved me and left me with his outgoing personality and strength.
All the men and women who fight for our freedoms everyday.
For finding Lush and the outlet it gives me and enabled me to find the man of my dreams.
