EVeryone already knows which way they're going to vote. This is just another part of the dog and pony show. The Congress-holes all have their own agendas to push, and they have to try and puff up their chests so they can try and look tough for their constituents. In the end, none of this is really gonna matter worth a hill of beans. The Republicans will fight hard, the whole time they're making deals with the Democrats behind closed doors. Once all the deals have been made, they go ahead and hold their vote, confirm the results of their foregone conclusion, and go around patting each other on the back for a good job well done...
