The thing I hate the most about fast food is that most of it dosnt even look unhealthy!

Im mean wedges and sour cream just looks unhealthy for you, tastes delicious but you sure as hell know you're eating fat...
Please, say it isn't so.... I like a few of those once in a while, every other month or so...

I actually look up nutritional info about the menu items where ever I'm going out to eat if I'm watching things and the stats for most places are scary as hell!!! Like once when we went to the Cheesecake Factory I just so happened to feel like eating the Asian Lettuce Wraps just grilled chicken strips with veggies you wrap up in boston lettuce cups. Well good thing that was what I was in the mood for it was one of the least horrible things they had still at 650 calories!!! And when I looked at the cheesecake - OH HELL NO nothing under 1200 calories and most over 1500!!!! Sucks most everything that's really tasty will make you fat or give you a heart attack.

I agree, just look at men, they are yummo, but will inevitably give you a heart attack at some stage...
Funny how all these fried fast foods all start to look the same...

I think the rule should be "If its golden brown, put it down"....
The cardiologist's diet: If it tastes good spit it out.

I have said it once I'll say it again I eat what I want I don't need the government telling me what's good for me and what isn't I went to get into better shape a few years ago I never once followed any kind of a diet or what you would call an exercise program I just got up off my butt and did walking and bike riding cut what I ate and I lost close to 80 pounds kept it off to. But I think you can pretty much as one guy said on the radio eat just about anything you want including the so called not so good for you foods in moderation in other words variety. But hey that's just me to each their own.
Not sure if it is my location or upbringing - but I rarely eat fast foods. (And my one vice food-wise is potato chips.)

I am a great cook, and would much rather take the time to cook real foods then go out to eat. Here on the West Coast of Canada, we eat a lot of seafood and raw/uncooked food (salads are a huge thing here). I don`t own a deep fryer and usually use my oven for cooking.

If I am on the run, I will just take some veggies or fruit to snack on or make a panini bun with some leftover in it and my yoghurt.

In my family, we have this thing about a portion size is the size of your palm. Second helpings are rare. And I totally agree with Bike ... moderation is the key.
