To all my Lush friends please say a prayer for my sister who has just been diagnosed with ovarian cancer today we still don't now what stage yet more testing is to be done.

I don't want to sound like a dick..but is ovarian cancer really really serious? I don't know what it is..and don't make fun of me please..I'm still building my vocabulary.

Unfortunately ovarian cancer is a VERY serious type of cancer and has the third highest death rate of all types of cancer for women. So yes in a word if she turns out to be in the advanced stages it is something I don't even want to think about....
