Dewar's Royal Salute 21 Year Old

It's a blend, not a single malt, but remember: Under the laws of Scotland, the age on the bottle has to be the age of the YOUNGEST Scotch in the blend!

I think you'll find it suitably smooth.

But, TBH, after the second or third glass, you might want to select something a little … cheaper

Hi all! Round on me (Ping's tab.) I'll have a coffee, busy day ahead. So I have 1583 words for my Comp entry which would be great because editing out 83 words isn't that hard. Problem is I hate 1501 of the words. 🤣

I sorta liked my idea then thought it was too obvious and now I kinda hate my story and find it really boring. We'll see, I've had other disasters turn out OK. Maybe it just needs a butt plug.

All right, ALL RIGHT!

Enough with the "Ping's Tab" stuff. It ain't no tab, it's a bloody roll of newsprint, many meters long.

To paraphrase a seasonal source, "IT is a PONDEROUS tab!"

The thing is, Ping's credit card has expired, so from now on, I'm tranfering charges to Lion's tab. He had a big heart, and his credit card is up-to-date!

Now, caffeine…

Lights on, Lady Dryad has cleaned up and we’re good to go.

Tea Kettle is refilled and ready. There are pots of Red Rose and Assam teas available on the sideboard, plus all the other fine teas in the box. Sachets of Swiss Miss are available, along with the usual mound of mini marshmallows.

Big Bertha has been cleaned, rinsed, and refilled, and is now perkin' away.

Today we're using Lumberjack blend coffee from Muskoka Coffee Roasters.

I've put out donuts.

Plus I've got a variety of tasty pastries.

Say that five times fast with a mouthful of marbles!

Does this happen to you folks? I have over 100 stories almost done but I always start a new one instead of finishing the almost complete stories.

It happens all the time now. And then I finally do finish one and submit, then days later hate it, and delete it. I am gonna try to stop doing that as it’s disrespectful to the mod who spent time approving it.

I blame menopause! It’s a great thing to blame for everything now.

Butt plugs ARE distracting. lol

I am the opposite. I have around a dozen stories that I keep writing and re-writing. Several have the same characters, so when I make a major change, there is a trickle down effect and I NEED to then re-re-write everything. At some point, I just need to step away from those characters and start writing some stand-alone stuff that I can release into the wild and never look back.
