Well… crazy stuff for mirror twins. My thyroid scan revealed a suspicious nodule in exact place, opposite side, of my sisters, so now the fun begins for me.

On a good note, her surgery is over and she’s doing well. Ended up being a 5 hr surgery yesterday, more radical neck dissection, due to suspicious lymph nodes. Kudus to her surgeon for being skilled, diligent, proactive with what he was seeing.

We appreciate all the prayers and well wishes.

She’s the tough one between us for sure. I’m struggling, overwhelmed, but seeking mental health help today.

Hang in there Kimmi, and don't worry the docs these days are pretty damn good. Just had my gall bladder removed Monday and walked out of the hospital a few hours later.

We're getting some high winds and it's chilly again today.

And tomorrow they're promising about 16 cm of snow (that's about 6+ inches in Myanmar and the US), with another 6-7 cm on Sunday.

It won't stick – but it'll be a reminder that Old Man Winter isn't done with us just yet!
