Today we're using 454 Horse Power coffee blend from Kicking Horse Coffee Roasters, to power us into the weekend

Know what makes for a crazy time? When the fire alarm goes off in an assisted living facility. All residents have a walker or wheelchair. Some like Dad can’t hear and do nothing. I can compare it to something, but won’t.

Her FAVOURITE buns can be found in Store Room #4, as I understand it.

David, I understand it's cooled off somewhat in England, but I've got a storeroom full of Diet Coke – plus Coke Zero for Kat – so I expect you two to keep up the pace, here!
