In Baton Rouge, my brother and I used to love to eat at Hunan's.

Until they were shut down for having dead dogs in their freezers. It was considered the best chinese food in Baton Rouge at the time. (over 20 years ago...)

Probably was.
Back in the day, in China they hung the meat from the poorest to the richest. In the front there was the rats,then cats, then dogs, etc. Depending on the establishment, sometimes, opossums, etc found their way in there as well.
