I've recently gotten into running big time and I've tried to listen to normal music but to get me going that little faster I have to listen to a bit of dance music...Do any of you all have favourite tracks to exercise to?

I'm partial to a bit of old school uplifting house stuff like ATB -till I come,Sash etc...

This is my ultimate work out song I love love love it =)
I laughed out loud when I read this because it reminded me of a time that my husband walked in from work when I was working out. I can't carry a tune under the best of circumstances, but that has never dampened my enthusiasm for singing along. I had headphones on, and had "Maniac" (from Flashdance)blasting. He still imitates me to this day, and has done his impression for many of our friends. But, regardless of my inability to sing, it's a great work-out song.
I like pop remixes to work out to.

House music... anything by Tiesto, Deep Dish, David Guetta, Armin van Buuren, Paul van Dyk or Hed Kandi.
The heart-rate keeps in time with the beats and I can really get into 'the zone' with a cardio-heavy workout.
Hi Lois. I'm a bit older but most of the Queen stuff got me going. All time fav. is Fat Bottom Girls - has a line "Get on your bike and ride"

LOL...okay I will admit that I have never ever worked out outside of school, but My youngest son is a martial artist, and I made him a work out mix which included various versions of AC/DC's "Thunderstruck", Suvivor's "Eye Of The Tiger" and Jeff Hardy's various WWE & TNA entrance themes.
