I agree the texting language can get annoying here. Now legitamate "typos" are a different story. It's understandable to have typos with alll of the one handed typing that goes on around here ....

wow i never though you are really annoyed with text talk... i usually use it when I'm on my cell. I'm an addict texter before I knew Lush and entered into chats here, that's why somehow and unconsciously used it in the chat room often, but I try not to do that anymore on chats and in forums

longhand is better to help me improve in spelling The only two I like or use is LOL or LMAO. I find it necessary, especially in the chat rooms to show you are joking or find something funny.
But if you are not use to text talk, it takes awhile to understand what someone is saying. I had to reread Nicola's post about 2 or 3 times before I fully understood it
