Hello ... well I can relate to you last three sentences entirely. Lush is really good fun and you will have a great time .. like me however you may find yourself battling with an addiction quite quickly.

Anyway give it a go ... loads to gain and nothing whatsoever to lose !!

and cheers mines a cold pint of Fosters and at a stretch a bag of cheese and onion crisps (stuff the healthy diet .. I will have the apple another day).

Yes I agree in moderation ...
for a normal 24 hour weekday
8 hours of work ... where you get paid
2-2 1/2 hours of well balanced meals ... I do like my steak and potatoes and "see"food
6-8 hours of sleep ... I 'work' better with 6 hours
1 1/2-2 hours housework maybe ... just so the house don't look a wreck by the weekend
6 hours of entertainment ... the wife wouldn't mind this at all

Firstly, don't ever respect me...until I tell you to! ;) And I don't need liquor to be a smart ass, but it might help if you drink a little lol. I'm much funnier when you're drunk. ;)
