Sisters and Brothers, today we have yet more proof of the infallibility of the 'Good Book', for on this day, it is a truth beyond mortal understanding that the once lowly, pathetic, some might even say, pitiful, excuse for a baseball team, The Houston Astros, are now in first place in the American League west division.

Not sure if some Astro fans have worked out a deal with the devil similar to that mentioned in the musical 'Damn Yankees'. If not, then there must have been a whole mess of serious praying going on in Houston-town. Can I have a big, AMEN?
