A few years ago, a friend said she was telling her husband about my little desire, as we had been watching the excavation of the ground work for the construction of a hotel to be built. From the 13th floor, looking down, it looked so precise and methodical.
A few weeks later, I had a invitation one afternoon to go out to their farm. Stan took me out back and got me in it ... explain what did what (moving the bucket, lowering, catching, up and move the bucket for releasing).
It was thrilling!!
I can so see why guys love to play with diggers .... I LOVED IT!!
