I thought the exact same thing. I have not seen his new Crazy Heart movie, but I'm sure its good. I've enjoyed most if not all of the movies I've seen him in, much better than his brother IMHO.

You've got to be kidding me ... what happened to originality? Why are there so many remakes? Do these film companies sit around and watch old movies and think, "Hmmm ... what can I do to fuck this movie up?" I just watched Rooster Cogburn and the Lady the other day too ... damn, remakes piss me off.
