An avocado with the pit removed. Each half "shell," I slice the avocado intro small squares still in the half shells. Then they are peppered with ground black pepper and doused in vinegar. I eat it slowly with a small spoon. You have no idea how delicious it is. Everyone I make it for loves it. smile
