I'm a white Englishman, so far as I know. I was adopted soon after birth so I know nothing of my forebears' specific ethnic origins.
My mum's family were Scots from Aberdeen a few generations back, and the few surviving relatives on my dad's side are either Scottish or now live there, and I grew up not too far from the border, so I feel a strong-ish affinity to Scotland.
But I very much like being an Englishman.

Indian, obviously, although my DNA chart has my heritage stretching from Gujarat in the south, to Afghanistan in the north. I have a lot of Pakistani heritage, which isn’t surprising, as my parents lived in what is now Pakistan before Partition. And I have a lot of Irish in me, but only when Hubs is feeling horny. 🤭X
