I see the organizers of The Great Barrington Declaration didn't bother to create their own website until October of 2022. If it was so important to them to spread their bullshit [ They are proponents of Herd Immunity ] - why did they wait two years to purchase a domain name and then develop a website where they can definitely control the content being spewed from it.

An actual judge, practicing real jurisprudence would've have tossed this horseshit into the ditch where it belongs.

I quit reading Matt Taibbi about 8 years ago when he went nuclear at The Intercept because he couldn't get the real job he wanted (backed by the American equivalent of an oligarch). Taibbi likes to create controversy and he doesn't mind what tactic he uses to do so.

I also quit reading Glenn Greenwald - for many of the same reasons.

They are discounted hacks who have zilch to inform me about.

Hey, did you catch how groovy the relationship is now between Elon Musk and Matt Taibbi? At one time, Matt was Elon's pet Scoop Reporter - when he could troll through Twitter executive account emails to produce the facts which suited Musk best.

Matt used to yell truth to power - but the last time he said anything original, scalding and point-on - was when he was working with Occupy Wall Street in 2011.

Or, did the actual scope of a conspiracy to alter our DNA by the US Government necessary to pull off - was such an obvious lie meant to prevent a wave of MAGA from accepting free vaccines?

Or do you practice Republican Health Care and just can't afford health insurance, so you simply don't get sick. If you do, you tough it out, cuz.... Immune System!

I see the first amendment violations, the words practically blare off the page. But I can overlook some loss of free speech if it assists people with saving their lives, and not walking around spreading the virus with every sneeze and cough - to unsuspecting (unvaccinated and vaccinated) people on the daily.

I personally think we should have arrested you people who refused to wear masks, refused to get vaccinated and walked around spreading disease and death everywhere you coughed, spit a little when talking, sneezed or touched someone after you'd picked your nose or rubbed your eyes.

I also hate censorship - but I can balance the bad with the probable good, if censoring bad information is bad... lock me up.

Plot-twist: The anti-vaxx campaigns were actually orchestrated by the liberal-elites to kill off their competition and get Joe Biden elected (you know, so he can microwave pureed baby brains, or whatever the hell those evil liberal-elites supposedly do on a Saturday night to entertain themselves). It's so clever it has to be true - now we just have to figure out how all of the facts and evidence to the contrary (i.e. reality) was fabricated to make it look like those blameless, good, honest, hard-working, patriotic MAGA folks not only did it to themselves, but made the whole problem a lot worse for the entire country.

Sometimes, when there aren't enough rabbit holes to jump down, you've just got to dig them yourself.
