It’s not right to laugh at this
What's actually happening here? I genuinely have no idea what any of this means.

There was a Trump rally in Coachella. There was an area some distance away for people to park their cars, so they needed to be bused in from there. They used several buses for this, but when the rally was over, there was only one bus to take them back to the parking area, and apparently, didn't return to pick up the rest of the rally goers, leaving them stranded.

Thank you my good man. That jumble of words made me feel like I was having a stroke.

It was only 5 miles… there was a video posted of the trump cult stranded, with nowhere to poop, and most of them looked able bodied. They decided to just be stranded instead of walking for a couple hours.
Still, right on brand for Trump though. To bus them in, get the picture, say fuck em, and then the cult blame everyone but Trump and themselves.

Wonder what the percentage is of people that visit this porn site that are right wing vs looney left?
Just out of curiosity, how does a site like this mesh with being conservative which I assume you are? I mean, conservatives clearly only believe in sex for procreation so do you only read the sex between married couples?
Am I wrong in saying all one had to do is open up X, and look at the top of the "For you" feed, and there is Elon, retweeting some RWNJ bullshit?
[I am using the past tense because ever since the 2024 election night, Elon's X got X'ed off my phone forever. BlueSky seems to be a good pre-Elon-infected Twitter equivalent.]
Conservatives: oh my god inflation is out of control, I can’t afford eggs that I drive home in my oversized dodge ram truck that hasn’t seen a day of work.
Also conservatives: Trump putting 25% blanket tariffs on our closest trade partners will make everything more expensive but it’s worth it because he’s playing tough with Mexico, chayna and those scum bag trifling Canadians.
Assuming the Reprobates follow through on the MAGA platform I’d expect the following:
1) Government institutions will be weakened and paralyzed therefore slow to react to the ensuing chaos
2) Global trade will be in an uproar which is guaranteed to drive other nations to align with China for trade purposes, accelerating the ‘Silk Road’ and China’s worldwide influence
3) Russia will be handed a piece of Ukraine; thus emboldened Putin will go after more
4) The expected Intelligence chief has been described as a Russian asset
5) The expected head of defence has zero military experience at a command level
Sounds like a bad movie plot where everyone in the theater knows the plot except the characters.
We Canadians are prepared. All exports of orange dye will be stopped forthwith and good luck building houses without our lumber. Though I guess there will be lots of houses after those millions are deported. As for all those metals and minerals we sell to US military/industrial complex we’ll just keep it in the ground.
I LOVE the shift to class discussions, particularly because of the frankly amusing narrative that conservative news is peddling to make us feel bad for scared CEOs. Take United Healthcare as an example, they leveraged AI systems to deny claims at staggering rates. This contributes to a healthcare system where even the insured are left vulnerable and untreated and that doesn't even take into account the uninsured who can't afford their premiums. Private healthcare is a human rights concern. They leave people to die or exclude them entirely, for profit. Ethically, should you be allowed to profit from healthcare or education? I say no.
Luigi Mangione killed one person who was responsible for systemic mass harm. Some might even say systemic mass murder, I'm some 😇. Brian Thompson knowingly profited off being a hitman. I lose no sleep over it and, frankly, can’t wait to watch the trial. I hope it leads to something akin to the Arab Spring.
While I doubt it’ll go that far, every step toward a socialist awakening, one that addresses exploitation like this for the public good, is good news to me.

Who here, reading this thread, remembers when Sarah Palin coined the term 'Death Panels' during the run-up to the 2008 Presidential election. She claimed that's what eventually became Obama Care in 2010 was going to, in essence, be.
16 freaking years ago... The death panels now reside within all of the Medicare Advantage Insurance corporations.
Former anti-woke, anti social justice warrior neckbeard, evolves over the last decade. This is a good listen, especially if you're questioning your current alignment with Trump and those friends of yours who are quite a bit more intimidated than you've ever really been.
