Probably true. Nothing is staying under the covers anymore. Including rulings by SCOTUS. So many decisions they're making are purely political and have nothing to do with the Constitution.

Slavery, big money in politics, lack of decent employee rights, lack of decent health care for many, televangelists and for-profit prisons, to name a few, are all examples of putting money before morals. It has always been pretty clear.
