Yes, Multiple times. Often the property management companies are the worst. They take forever to handle maintenance issues and when they do half the time the problem still doesn't get resolved on the first visit.

Salty, normally, because I almost have something to drink at the time. Sweet, would just make me want something salty to keep the taste of my drink going, whatever it may be.

No, I've been a teetotaler for going on 25 years. I used to get drunk often in my younger years but not usually on wine. When I had wine back then I preferred sweet varieties, like Sangria.
