I shall assume you meant to put "sex" in there given where we are. Sex does play a major role in my life. Or, more properly these days, its absence does.

What is your morning routine?

Get up, eat, clean, dress. Make another tea if there's time or if it is not a work day. Since the kid moved out, it has been pretty simple.

(Occasionally, jerk off is in there but that tends to be later in the day nowadays)

What is your end of day/bedtime routine?

Wash face, change clothes, bed.

What is your take on the daily use of porn?

To each their own. In the past I've had times where I was on porn sites daily. Outside of viewing some pics and videos that pop up in my notifications here, I haven't been on an actual porn site in weeks myself. Again, to each their own.

Have you ever used a companion / sex type of AI, and if so, what's your impression of it?

I gave one a whirl in the early days but there were too many limitations on the free version so I gave up. Maybe there's better options but I don't really see value in it right now.
