I was told this in work the other day.
A woman comes home after a hard days shopping carrying a long box. Her husband says,
"Whats in the box"?
"Its a hedge trimmer, i saw it going for £4 and thought, thats a bargin!" said the wife
"Four Pound you said, thats not bad, all we need to do now is grow a hedge." said the husband.
Thats a true story, and the trimmer is still in its box.
Heehee!!! Rocco, you're bad!!! LOL!
she got a hedge trimmer cause its cheep.
they dont have a hedge.
haha darkness my mum does that sort of thing all the time it drives my dad crazy alwasy bying stuff for herself she doesn't need and me also, but the hearts in the right place, i think what your describing is shopping addiction haha its a woman thing i think at least! HB xx
Ah, the useless items in the home. Hubby bought an ice cream making kit 5 years ago because we both enjoy ice cream. The box is still unopened, as is his beer making setup (It's only 159.99 honey, but I can make my own beer for less than 10 cents a glass and we'll save money!), his wood-carving set, his 836 different model car/airplane/sailing ship kits and so on. I imagine he'll buy our baby tons of useless things as well. Him: "Honey, she needs a full set of hockey gear." Me: "She's a four month old baby, not an NHL draft pick. Wouldn't the money have been better spent on clothing and food?"

Take that beer making kit back to the store, CQ. You can make your own for far less. I make my own beer. I can show you a site that shows you how. PM me.
