A bartender was working a shift when a woman with a rabbit comes in, places her bunny on the bar and orders a drink. After a few minutes, she migrates to a table and the bartender notices the rabbit has left a few 'pellets' strewn across the bar, but before he can clean them up an obnoxious man comes in and demands a beer.
After a few minutes of dealing with this aggravating man, the bartender finally turns around to grab a towel to clean up the rabbit mess. The man, obviously drunk, loudly asks, "Hey what are these things on the bar?" Turning back to face him, the bartender sarcastically remarks, "They're smart pills."
The drunk picks up a few of the pellets, pops them in his mouth and says, "Hey! These smart pills taste like shit!"
The bartender replies, "See you're getting smarter already."
