these three movements bring me to tears about 10 minutes in. i don't understand the few lyrics (they're in polish).
i rarely cry, but i believe crying can be a healthy emotional release. every 3 or 4 months i meditate (concentrate on the music and nothing else) to these three movements (almost an hour) and just let go. the crying comes in waves from full bawling to subtle whimpering. it might be likened to orgasm. i feel great afterwords.
